Meet Aaron Siddique
Aaron Siddique is the founder and managing partner of 1800 The Wolf Accident Attorneys (legally The Siddique Firm, PLLC), a Texas personal injury firm anchored in Fort Worth with offices in Euless and Houston. Born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth mid-cities, Aaron brings over 15 years of legal experience to injured Texans. After being sued by someone who had ripped him off in business, he determined "to be the person doing all of the suing and never the person getting sued again." That moment ignited his passion to fight injustice and step up for the little guy. The firm operates on a contingency basis — clients pay nothing unless they win.
Aaron Siddique founded 1800 The Wolf after a personal journey shaped by tragedy and injustice. His grandmother lost her life in a car accident where someone else was at fault. Aaron himself survived a serious car accident at 19, and his younger brother was also involved in a serious crash. "It's in my DNA," Aaron says about representing accident victims. Before law school, he was an entrepreneur who owned commercial real estate and operated a dry cleaner in DFW. When a business partner sued him, Aaron decided to become the lawyer, not the victim. He graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in South Florida, finishing in the top 10% of his class. Licensed in both Texas and Florida, Aaron has recovered over $100 million for injured clients across more than 2,000 personal injury matters. He is a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow, an honor reserved for the top one-third of 1% of attorneys in the state.
What Inspired Aaron?
Aaron's path to personal injury law was written in tragedy and determination. His grandmother died in a car accident caused by someone else's negligence. Aaron survived a serious crash at 19, and his younger brother was also seriously injured in a car accident. "It's in my DNA," he explains. The turning point came when he was an entrepreneur in DFW, owning commercial real estate and operating a dry cleaner. A business partner who had ripped him off turned around and sued him. "I thought, this is crazy," Aaron recalls. "I determined in that moment to be the person doing all of the suing and never the person getting sued again." That injustice ignited his passion to fight for the little guy when they've been injured or wronged.
Mission & Vision
Aaron built 1800 The Wolf around relentless aggressive representation where every client gets treated exactly like family. "I would not advise any of my clients any differently than we would advise our mothers, our brothers, our sisters, and our fathers," he says. The firm operates on contingency because Aaron believes everyone deserves quality representation regardless of their financial circumstances. "You don't have to come in here with a dollar. If we do not recover money, no matter how much this law firm has spent on your behalf, you do not owe us a thing." Their causes become his causes. Aaron and his team truly internalize every client's issues as their own, making it hard to go home at night when they know a client is in pain or can't pay rent because of an accident.
Career History
Aaron graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in South Florida, finishing in the top 10% of his class and competing in moot court competitions across the United States. He passed the bar exam on his first try in both Texas and Florida. Aaron started his career at a well-established South Florida personal injury firm, drafting demand letters and working on cases involving professional athletes and wrongful death claims. After returning to Texas, he worked in business litigation and personal injury with his sister before being recruited by corporate America. He managed teams of 30+ people with budgets approaching $300 million for one of the largest banks in the United States, handling real estate operations across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada. When offered an even larger role managing 50+ people with a half-billion-dollar budget, Aaron chose instead to return to his first love: helping the little guy through personal injury law. He founded 1800 The Wolf Accident Attorneys and is a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow.

Guiding Principles
The core values that drive Aaron Siddique and 1800 The Wolf in every case they handle.
The Wolf Fights Harder When the Client Is Informed
Educated clients make better decisions and better referrals. The firm gives away knowledge freely on the podcast, on the phone, and at every consultation.
You Don't Pay Unless We Win
1800 The Wolf operates exclusively on a contingency-fee basis. The fee structure is explained in writing before representation begins, and clients pay nothing unless the firm recovers compensation.
Big-Firm Experience, Small-Firm Personal Attention
Every client gets direct access to a real attorney — not a paralegal handoff or an intake screener. Aaron's 30+ years on the floor and the firm's $100M+ in recoveries back up that promise.
Built for Trial From Day One
Every case is staffed across pre-litigation and litigation. Cases that need to be tried get tried — and that readiness is what pushes insurance carriers off lowball offers.
Bilingual From the Intake Forward
The firm runs Spanish review and Google Business Profile content for Houston and Uvalde, ensuring Spanish-speaking accident victims get the same quality representation as English-speaking clients.

Practice Areas
Aaron Siddique and 1800 The Wolf represent injured Texans across the DFW metroplex, the Mid-Cities, and Houston.
Car Accidents
Aaron Siddique represents drivers and passengers hurt in wrecks on I-820, I-35W, I-30, and the Fort Worth Mixmaster. Aaron Siddique builds claims under Texas's modified comparative-fault rule, which bars recovery if the injured driver is more than 50 percent at fault. Photograph the scene, the vehicles, and the road signs before the tow truck arrives.
Truck Accidents
Aaron Siddique handles 18-wheeler and commercial-vehicle cases on Texas freight corridors, including I-20, I-35, I-45, and the I-820 Loop. Aaron Siddique builds claims around the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations covering hours-of-service, driver qualification, and inspection logs. Send a spoliation letter to preserve the truck's ECM data and driver logs if a crash has happened.
Motorcycle Accidents
Aaron Siddique represents riders hurt on Fort Worth streets, Tarrant County roads, and Texas highways. Aaron Siddique takes left-turn, lane-change, and visibility cases that other firms avoid. Call the firm if a rider in your family has been seriously injured.
Uber & Lyft Accidents
Aaron Siddique pursues rideshare cases against Uber, Lyft, and the drivers behind the wheel in Fort Worth, the Mid-Cities, and Houston. Aaron Siddique stacks the driver's personal policy, the rideshare company's contingent liability coverage, and uninsured-motorist coverage to reach the full value of the claim. Save the trip receipt, the driver's name, and the in-app crash report before closing the app.
Traumatic Brain Injury
Aaron Siddique represents Texans diagnosed with concussions, post-concussion syndrome, and traumatic brain injury after a collision. Aaron Siddique works with neurologists, neuropsychologists, and life-care planners to document long-term cognitive damage. Schedule a neurological evaluation in the first weeks after the wreck if memory or focus has changed.
Wrongful Death
Aaron Siddique represents Texas families who have lost a spouse, parent, or child to negligence on the road or at a worksite. Aaron Siddique files claims under the Texas Wrongful Death Act, which allows recovery for lost earnings, loss of companionship, and mental anguish. Contact the firm before the two-year filing deadline runs.
Pedestrian & Bicycle Accidents
Aaron Siddique represents pedestrians and cyclists struck on streets in Fort Worth, the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Mid-Cities, and Houston's Harris County neighborhoods. Aaron Siddique pursues claims under Texas's three-foot passing law and right-of-way rules at marked crosswalks. Report the crash to local police before leaving the scene.
Slip & Fall and Premises Liability
Aaron Siddique represents people injured at Texas apartment complexes, grocery stores, parking lots, and pool decks. Aaron Siddique files premises claims under Texas's invitee duty rule, which requires owners to use ordinary care to keep property reasonably safe. Photograph the spill, the floor, and any warning sign within minutes of the fall.
